Note: There is a holding deposit equal to1 weeks rent, which will hold your room for 7 days while we do referencing.  If your referencing is not completed within 7 days or you decide you no longer want the room the holding deposit will NOT be refunded. Further, the holding deposit will not be refunded if you do not meet our referencing criteria, if we pull out for any other reason than failed referencing you will receive your holding deposit back in full. Once you become a tenant your holding deposit will be put towards the total deposit for your room.
