The flat is located on the first floor at the back of a house.  It is completely separate from the house with no shared areas (except a bit of the garden).

You must be able to climb stairs and be aware that there is a narrow spiral staircase to access the flat (it's a cool feature but maybe not for anyone with mobility issues).

You will have a lovely private balcony overlooking the back garden to enjoy a glass of wine after work. 

Note: There is a holding deposit of £288, which will hold your room for 7 days while we do referencing.  If your referencing is not completed within 7 days or you decide you no longer want the room the holding deposit will NOT be refunded. Further, the holding deposit will not be refunded if you do not meet our referencing criteria, if we pull out for any other reason than failed referencing you will receive your holding deposit back in full. Once you become a tenant your holding deposit will be put towards the total deposit for your room.
